Sieloff and Associates, P.A. is a law firm located in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities in Minnesota. The firm was founded in 1979 by Ronald B. Sieloff with its office originally located in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. In the year 2000, the firm relocated its offices to their current locations in Eagan, Minnesota. The firm also has offices in Prior Lake, Minnesota and Mora, Minnesota. The Eagan office is the firm's primary office.

     Sieloff and Associates, P.A. is a general practice law firm with an emphasis in the areas of family law, tax law, estate planning/probate law, elder law, medical assistance planning, criminal law, business formations (business start-ups), real estate law and guardianships/conservatorships.

     Including Mr. Sieloff, the firm has a team of seven attorneys, four paralegals and additional staff who work together efficiently and effectively. The utilization of paralegals and other legal staff assisting the lawyers results in a lower cost to clients. With the team of lawyers, paralegals and other staff at the firm, telephone calls are answered by someone from the firm, not by an answering machine, and quick and knowledgeable responses are provided to legal inquiries.

     The firm incorporates advanced computer technology into its practice. Both of the firm's offices and all of the firm's computers are connected "electronically" through an internal computer server located at the firm's Eagan office. Through this technology, the lawyers, paralegals and staff are able to quickly and efficiently disseminate "electronic knowledge" to one another. Further, all lawyers and staff members working on a particular case file have access to the electronic file directly from that lawyer's/staff member's individual computer.

     The firm offers free initial telephone consultations. Office visits can be set up in the Eagan, Prior Lake or Mora offices. Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged. Usually, the Eagan office is open and available for appointments from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday. The Eagan office is open most Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. as well. The Prior Lake office is generally open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Mora office is generally open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

     The firm accepts VISA, MasterCard and Discover card for payment of legal services.
